How Private Jobs & Owner Approvals Work
Follow the property scope, saved-vendor invitation, private quote, owner approval, progress, change decision and completion workflow.
From private scope to documented completion
An owner adds a property, authorizes managers and sets their spending limits. The owner can create a rehab or turn project with a budget ceiling. An owner or authorized manager enters a job scope, photos, target budget and requested deadline, then chooses recipients from the owner's saved vendor list. Invitations are in-app, not a public board or an automatic email/text blast.
Approve the terms before the work changes
Invited vendors submit itemized private quotes with exclusions and a proposed completion date. An exact quote version is approved; the selected vendor posts progress and private photos. Changed scope, price or deadline requires an owner decision. After completion review, the owner records any direct outside payment. Target budgets, pending changes and self-reported payments are clearly distinct from approved commitments.
