Your customer work and Nectar invitations, kept distinct

Vendor Operations has planned pricing of $189 per month when production subscriptions launch; the current pilot is unbilled. The software organizes your private outside-customer scopes, target dates, job amounts, notes, photos, statuses and self-reported direct payments. A separate Nectar lane contains jobs to which your approved account is invited or assigned.

Your vendor business's outside-customer jobs can include homeowner customers as well as rental-property work. The rental-owner launch focus does not restrict that separate private lane or grant access to uninvited Nectar jobs.

You can submit an itemized quote with exclusions and a proposed completion date, then manage assigned work and request documented owner approval for changes. Other vendors cannot see your quote or private customer records. Software membership does not purchase leads, guarantee jobs, establish customer approval, or provide preferential selection.
