Account and billing help

Use the Contact page for an in-app inquiry, or the approved support email once displayed below. Describe the issue without sending passwords, private sign-in links, card details or unnecessary tenant information. The current contact form saves an inquiry for the administrator; it does not send an email and is not a live chat or a promised response-time service.

You may contact the support mailbox listed below to try to resolve a Nectar software-account or software-subscription billing concern informally. Contacting support is optional, not a prerequisite to pursuing a remedy available under applicable law.

Cancellation and data requests

Subscription cancellation is available in Plans & Billing. Authorized records can be exported through the account-data download where available. If you need help with access, corrections, deletion requests or an export, provide enough information to identify your account; the provider will need to verify identity and authority before releasing private data. Requests do not bypass owner grants or another vendor's privacy.

Owner-selected privacy/account assistance contact: admin@nectarprooperations.com. Nectar's business owner is the selected initial review contact. Identity and appropriate authority must be verified before private data is disclosed or changed.

Selecting this contact does not grant application permissions or authorize automatic disclosure, correction or deletion. It does not add a payment or new-account requirement to exercise applicable rights, require owner review before an otherwise authorized self-service export, or promise a response time. Applicable rights and current owner, property, company and vendor boundaries remain in force; private case/deadline handling and safe fulfillment/disposal operations still require review and verification.

Not an emergency service

Do not report flooding, gas leaks, fire, immediate safety hazards, or emergency repair dispatch through this software or its contact form. Use appropriate emergency services and your established property emergency contacts. Neither a software subscription nor an invitation guarantees a vendor will respond or perform work.
