Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Monthly renewal, cancellation, refund, and post-expiration access terms for the three software plans.

Current status

The owner reports attorney approval of these current four customer policy texts without changes and confirmed version 2026-10-31-v1, effective October 31, 2026. The cancellation/refund rule and separate project-record periods remain as written: 12 calendar months after verified paid-period end for cancelled paid customers, and 90 calendar days after the original verified trial ends for never-paid trial customers, with no automatic deletion. Operational handling and separately activated service capabilities remain subject to their stated readiness limits. Checkout is currently sandbox-only: test subscriptions do not collect real money or unlock production access. Do not enter a real card in test mode. Live checkout remains disabled pending verified production payment setup.

Price and automatic renewal

The proposed monthly recurring prices are $189 for Vendor Operations, $299 for Owner Operations, and $599 for Portfolio Operations, in U.S. dollars. If live billing is enabled, checkout must show the exact recurring amount, billing frequency, any applicable tax, and the cancellation terms before you affirmatively agree. No annual commitment, automatic price increase, or undisclosed add-on is promised. A checkout return link alone does not activate access; verified processor state determines payment status.

For separately approved live billing, listed monthly software prices exclude legally applicable sales tax. Any tax that must be collected is added on top and shown before payment confirmation.

The owner selected tax-exclusive software pricing only. This choice does not establish tax liability, a registration or exemption, purchase a tax service, or enable tax collection. Current test checkout does not request automatic tax; qualified tax review and separately approved provider integration remain required before real charges.

Code-based 30-day trial — requested offer, not yet activated

An approved owner or vendor may redeem a valid administrator-issued code for one 30-day no-card trial of the code's software plan when this offer is activated. The trial starts at the server-recorded redemption time and ends exactly 30 days later. A code does not grant account approval, property authority, extra project capacity, preferential selection or contractor services. Managers work through their property owner's eligible access rather than redeeming a separate owner trial.

No payment card is collected by code redemption, no subscription payment is started, and no automatic charge occurs when the trial ends. Subscribe separately after the trial ends if you want to continue paid creation and modification. Without eligible paid access after expiry, new creation and changes are blocked in production enforcement; currently authorized history, billing and export remain accessible, subject to existing role, property, suspension and final retention rules. Expiry does not itself delete records or guarantee permanent storage.

A different code or repeated redemption cannot restart an account's trial. Codes can expire, be revoked for future redemption, or reach their stated usage limit; an accepted trial retains its original end time. Current Preview codes and trial records are test-only, do not collect real money or establish live entitlement, and do not lock the current unbilled pilot. This approved policy describes a trial offer that remains unactivated pending separate launch approval. A Nectar trial code is not a Stripe checkout promotion code.

Owner-selected proposed trial-service rule: never-paid trial customers' authorized project records are retained for 90 calendar days after the original verified trial ends. Trial expiry does not itself delete records, and this choice does not authorize automatic deletion.

This period applies only to never-paid trial project records, not paid customers' records or every account, shared property record or backup. It does not extend or restart a trial, renew paid editing, grant access or change current role, property and company permissions. Valid requests, legal holds and other authorized parties' rights require separate reviewed handling; remaining record categories and operational disposal stay unresolved. No expiry/purge engine or guaranteed-availability promise is activated.

Cancel online

Customers can cancel anytime. Paid access continues through the end of the current billing period, and the subscription will not renew afterward.

Use Plans & Billing in your account and confirm Cancel renewal. The implemented cancellation action schedules the subscription not to renew after the current billing period. It is not an immediate refund or deletion of business records. The account page displays the processor's verified cancellation status and period end. If the cancellation action is unavailable or a billing error occurs, contact support for assistance.

Refunds — owner-approved business rule

There are no automatic prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period, except where required by law. Billing errors and other refund requests can be reviewed through support.

This business rule was approved by the owner on October 28, 2026. It does not itself activate live charges or constitute legal certification. Contact admin@nectarprooperations.com about billing errors or refund requests.

Access after the paid period

Proposed business rule: paid creation and modification stop when verified paid access ends; account billing, permitted record history and export remain accessible under the reviewed retention policy and current permissions. A manager's paid feature access follows the property owner's eligible subscription and does not replace property grants. Suspended or unauthorized accounts remain subject to security restrictions.

Owner-selected proposed paid-service rule: cancelled customers' authorized project records are retained for 12 calendar months after their verified paid period ends. Cancellation does not itself delete records, and this choice does not authorize automatic deletion.

The 12-month choice begins at verified paid-period end, not the date Cancel renewal is clicked. It applies to cancelled paid customers' project records, not an automatic deletion deadline for every account, shared property record or backup. Valid requests, legal holds, other authorized parties' rights, completing-existing-work exceptions and operational disposal still need final review before enforcement. No expiry/purge engine or guaranteed-availability promise is activated by selecting this period.

Vendor-owned outside-customer records — selected periods

Owner-selected proposed vendor-record rule: vendors' own private outside-customer job records use the same periods: 12 calendar months after verified paid-period end for cancelled paid vendors, or 90 calendar days after the original verified trial ends for never-paid trial vendors. No automatic deletion is authorized.

This rule covers only the vendor's own private outside-customer job records. A vendor without a verified paid-period or trial end has no invented expiry date. The vendor's clock does not expire another owner's or company's records or shared Nectar work, reveal competing quotes, grant access, extend/restart a trial, renew editing, change backup retention or activate vendor payments. Valid requests, legal holds, legally required financial or other records and other parties' rights require separate reviewed handling. Other category schedules and operational disposal remain unresolved; no expiry/purge engine or availability guarantee is activated.

Project capacities and plan changes

Owner Operations allows 5 active projects and Portfolio Operations allows 15 when production enforcement is enabled. A project is a rehab or turn, not each trade job. Before downgrading, owners must resolve active-project counts against the proposed lower capacity without deleting history. Self-service prorations, immediate plan switching, and bundled contractor payments are not included in the present checkout flow; contact support for an agreed change. Vendor software subscriptions do not buy leads, preferential awards, or guaranteed jobs.
