One rehab or turn project groups the jobs for one property or unit. The owner controls the base budget and contingency, manager property grants and spending authority. Managers only access currently authorized properties. Project ceilings are not blanket authority to spend, and administrators do not approve an owner's changed work.

Planned paid pricing is $299 per month for Owner Operations with up to five active projects, or $599 per month for Portfolio Operations with up to fifteen when production subscriptions launch.
